There are six simple steps to making a purchase from the AOKI GLOBAL Online Store. We hope that this guide will help you to enjoy shopping with us.
Step 1. Free Membership Registration

New members will get a 10% off coupon (*select "Subscribe to our newsletter"). Register in advance to get news about campaigns and coupons, and to access useful features such as wishlists.
*You can also make purchases as a guest without registering. Members should log in.
Step 2. Check your language and currency settings

You can change your language and currency from the menu on the upper right. For language, please select English, simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese. To change the currency, click the "Currency Change" button on the menu and select your local currency.
Step 3. Select an item and put it in your cart

Go to the product page for the item you want to purchase,
select the (1)color, (2)size and (3)quantity, and (4)click "Add to cart."
Step 4. Make your purchase

Click the cart button on the upper right and check the items in your cart. If you would like gift wrapping, check "Gift Wrapping (Free)." You can learn about our gift wrapping service here.
Step 5. Enter the delivery address

Customers who have completed registration should log in. When placing an order without registering, please enter the delivery address here and continue. The delivery address must be in English. Please be aware that other languages cannot be used.
Step 6. Provide your payment information

Payment methods vary by country. Customers with a coupon code or store credit should enter that information here. Please review the promotional campaign website for precautions on using coupons during the campaign period. The total shown may or may not include fees that vary by country, such as shipping fees and customs duties.

The payment completion screen will be shown when payment has been completed. An email notifying you of payment completion will also be sent to the email address that you used for member registration.
Orders may be canceled due to limited stock or issues with your method of payment. Please inquire with customer service for details.
About Shipping
Orders will generally be shipped within four business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). When your products have shipped, an email will be sent to the email address that you indicated when placing your order. Please check the contents of this email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after more than four business days, please contact customer service.
