  • How to choose your size

    • AOKI and ORIHICA products have different “product sizes (finished measurements)” depending on the design and concept of each product, even in the case of common size designations such as S, M, and L.
      To choose the right size for you, we recommend that you use your clothing size as a reference or know your nude measurements.Please compare this information with the size chart of the product you wish to purchase.

      How to use size reccomendation

      • Know the recommended size based on your body shape
        *Recommended size is for reference only. Size is not guaranteed.
      Fill out the questionnaire for fitting.
        1. 1. Click on the “Check Recommended Size” button located on the product detail page.
        2. 2. For smartphone users only *For PC users, go to 3.
          The measurement method selection screen will appear. Click “Measure” under “Questionnaire.
        3. 3. Please enter required fields, brands you often wear, and sizes
          *If you enter items other than the required ones, we can provide you with more optimal sizes.
          *For physical characteristics, the items to be entered will vary depending on the item category you are viewing.
        4. 4. Check the Terms of Use and click “I agree to the Terms of Use and I'm done.
        5. 5. Your recommended size will be displayed along with an illustration of you wearing it. You can check the difference in length and fit by changing the size and body type menu.

      Body measurements and fitting

      • The unit will take measurements of the body shape, such as arm lengths and shoulder widths, from the front and side views of the full-size noses taken with a smartphone. (Excluding thick outerwear such as down jackets, skirts, and other clothing that cannot detect the contours of the naves).

        1. 1. Click on the “Check Recommended Size button located on the product detail page.
        2. 2. Please enter your gender, age, nape, weight, and preferred comfort level.
        3. 3. For smartphone users only *For PC users, go to 3.
          The measurement method selection screen will appear. Click “Measure” under “AI Photo Measurement.
        4. 4. Please select AI photo dimensions from the selection of the dimensioning method.
        5. 5. Please take a full-sided and double-sided photograph of the applicant.
        6. 6. Your recommended size will be displayed along with an illustration of you wearing it. You can change the size and body shape menu to see the difference in length and fit. The size recommendations are based on your body shape.

      Register and compare items
        1. 1. Open the menu from the “Fill out the questionnaire for fitting” or “Body measurements and fitting” results screen and click on “Your items”.
        2. 2. Click on “Add Item.”
        3. 3. Select the category of the item you wish to enter.
        4. 4. Enter the size of the item you have.
        5. 5. Enter the product name and category of the entered item information, and click the Done button.
        6. 6. Select the product you wish to compare from the list of registered products and click “Compare with this item”.
        7. 7. The information compared with the added item will be displayed.
