How to Apply & Application Conditions

Open to those who have filled out the required information on the AOKI GLOBAL online store and completed membership registration. Each member can win a maximum of one time.

Instructions

• Each member can only win up to one time during the promotion period.
• Winners will be selected when the promotion period has finished and announced on the homepage within 30 days.
• Winners will be notified at the email address they used for member registration. The AOKI gift will be sent to winners who respond by notifying us of their shipping address.
• Please be aware that these responses will not be accepted after the deadline has passed.
• We cannot respond to inquiries about the selection method or results.
• Gifts will be sent to the indicated address as soon as preparations are complete.
• Please note that a winner will be invalidated in the following situations:
  • When the shipping address is unclear or incomplete.
  • When the customer's address is unknown or the customer cannot be reached and the gift cannot be properly delivered.
  • When participation rules or selection rules have been broken. When the winner cannot be contacted.
• There may be necessary income tax declarations or other tax obligations for winners receiving the AOKI gift in China or Taiwan. Winners are asked to handle these matters themselves.
