We are writing to inform you of a revision to our sales pricing and a partial change to the payment method for orders destined for the United States.
Details of the Change
Regarding the customs duties that were previously calculated and charged on the checkout screen, we will be changing this to include the customs duties in the product price effective Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM (Japan Time).
Consequently, for orders placed after this date and time, customs duties will no longer be charged on the checkout screen.
However, please note that U.S. state taxes (Sales Tax) will continue to be charged separately on the checkout screen, as they have been up until now.
Impact on Customers
Since the customs duties are included in the product price beforehand, the total amount payable will become clearer.
The purchase process can be completed with only the amount displayed at checkout (Product Price + Shipping + State Tax).
