How to Apply & Application Conditions

Open to members who have filled out the required information on the AOKI Global online store and completed membership registration. Each member can win a maximum of one time.

Instructions

• Each member can only win up to one time during the promotion period.
• Winners will be selected when the promotion period has finished and announced on the homepage within 30 days.
• Winners will be notified at the email address they used for member registration. The AOKI gift will be shipped to those who provide the required information, such as shipping address, preferred color, and size.
• Please be aware that these responses will not be accepted after the deadline has passed.
• We cannot respond to inquiries about the selection method or results.
• Gifts will be sent to the indicated address as soon as preparations are complete.
• Please note that a winner will be invalidated in the following situations:
  • When the shipping address is unclear or incomplete.
  • When the customer's address is unknown or the customer cannot be reached and the gift cannot be properly delivered.
  • When participation rules or selection rules have been broken. When the winner cannot be contacted.
• There may be necessary income tax declarations or other tax obligations for winners receiving the AOKI gift in China or Taiwan. Winners are asked to handle these matters themselves.
