About referral codes

Referral codes are 8 digits (letters and numbers) that confirm the referral came from you.
Your friend will be asked to enter the referral code in the referral code column of the membership registration form.

What happens after I notify my friend?

Your friend will be asked to enter the referral code from your message that they received by email or through social media in the referral code column of the membership registration form.
When your friend registers using your referral code, you will be notified by email that you have received a coupon (the email will not include personal information about the person registering).

Can someone I don't know apply using my referral code?

Even someone you do not know who registers as a member using your referral code posted on social media, etc., will also receive the coupon benefits.
No personal information will be shared between you.

How do I use the coupon code?

There is a place to enter the coupon code on the cart screen. For details, please check Payment and Coupons.

Instructions

  • - To participate in the refer-a-friend promotional campaign, the person referring a friend must be a member of this site.
  • - To receive the coupon, please make sure to check "Subscribe to our newsletter" either during registration or from "Edit account" in "My Account."
  • - The person referring a friend should share the referral code issued on their My Account page. When the friend uses the referral code, both the referrer and the friend will receive a 500 JPY coupon.
  • - Coupon codes obtained through friend referrals can only be used one per purchase.
  • - Coupons are valid for 60 days from issuance. Please be aware that coupons cannot be used after this period.
  • - Cannot be combined with other coupons.
  • - The coupon discount amount is in Japanese yen, and the actual value may vary depending on the exchange rate in the country where it is calculated.
  • - Coupons distributed through the refer-a-friend promotional campaign can only be used on the AOKI GLOBAL Online Store. They cannot be used on AOKI JAPAN Online Store or at physical stores.
  • - Coupon benefits will be invalidated if it is discovered that the code was obtained or used with fraudulent methods.
  • - If the friend referral code is entered incorrectly, the coupon will not be awarded.
